Default Update, December 30, 2007. Deja vu??

Deja vu???

Update - Sunday, December 30, 2007
* Fixed an exploit which allowed players to access outposts they had not previously unlocked.

Update - Thursday, December 20, 2007
* Fixed a bug that gave players premature access to an area they hadn't previously visited.

NOTE: This thread is just for fun about ArenaNet forced to say exactly the same with different words, not really for discussion about the exploit itself (too many threads about already I think)

The very thread's existence tells that the glitch was not properly fixed in the previous update, thus they had to fix it again.

Oh! lol! everyone is free to try another different way to say the same thing; my english is not good enough for that.

They used this synonyms:

exploit = bug
allowed = gave
area = outpost
unlocked = visited
hadn't = had not (not actually synonyms, but whatever)

I had my friend show me the glitch Very interesting. Now, I heard a rumor that they were reversing everything on gamer's accounts from a certain time. I'm angry about this rumor because I found 3 ectos (not that I used the glitch to get the ectos or anything) Is this true guys?

Oh! please use the others threads for discussion about the exploit. This one is just for fun about ArenaNet forced to say exactly the same with different words.

Now they just need to fix the Grenchy / present glitch that would make a
lot of mean spirited people unhappy.

You won't get banned from a glitch that doesn't affect PvP and doesn't affect the economy.

Yes, true, they are doing a server rollback to six months ago due to people being able to map to someplace they shouldn't. In reality they are doing this because they can now re-balance getting the prestige GWEN items due to the ability to solo farm destroyer cores (you know, Anet hating that whole solo farming thing anyway).

Do you *really* need to ask this question?

I think there's more to it than that.
I don't remember people getting banned for exploiting the customization bug in PvP. People were fighting in HoH and GvG with weapons that had 10 +20% modifiers on them.
